Andrei Mureşanu. Mit şi realitate în cultura română

  • Subiect: One of the most important mythical figure of romanian culture is Andrei Muresanu (1816-1863), the author of the lyrics of National Anthem, „Wake up, romanian!”, wrote in 1848. Before his disparition, Muresanu was ill, affected by menthal issues. After the poet sudden death from 1863, the romanian poets started to write eulogistic poems, in honour of the deceased. This is the sign of the need in romanian culture for models, no matter how thin was the subject of the worship.
