  • Subiect: The Satu Mare branch of the National Liberal Party was founded in 1919. It was the first branch of the Liberal Party in Transylvania and it was led by the famous politician dr. Teofil Dragoş. P.N.L. Satu Mare follows the traditional political line of the Brătianu family and for this reason both the party and its leader were very appreciated by the central leaders. During the fast liberal government (1933-1937) the Satu Mare county had many remarkable moments, the local organization receiving the vis it of officials of high rank, both from the country and abroad, all these representing great moments in the history of our county.
