Despre Ion Popdan şi natura statică în opera sa

Subiect: The painter Ion Popdan has been a valuable cultural icon in the art world of the city of Satu Mare. For 24 years, he taught painting at the School for the Arts in Satu Mare, and has thus formed several generations of plastic artists. In addition to portraits and historical pieces, he also painted still life. The painter held a deep humanist sentiment, which is what drew him to this genre of painting. He possessed the inspiration to fill his works with hidden warmth, which breaks through only through the structure of the material from which the depictions in his paintings are fashioned.
