  • Subiect: The Spirit of Encyclopedia & the Arges County The essay The Encyclopedia of the Arges & the Muscel Counties by Petre Popa Ph. D., presents to the public the synthesis of a huge work, carried out in consensus to the autochthonous general orientation (2004- 2008). The work was initiated by the one who wrote this lines. The project was carried out through the collaboration of some important institutions from the Arges County: the County Library Dinicu Golescu Argeş, the Library of Piteşti University, the Argeş County Museum, the Viticulture & Fruit Tree Growing Museum Goleşti – Ştefăneşti, Argeş. The content offers plenty of information about the Arges & Muscel area. The work criteria were that of the great French dictionaries, such as Larousse. The editorial team is formed of well known specialists of different ages, professions & ideological orientations. They are passionate & honest, and they are all voluntaries. The documentarists, the operators, the editorial counselors, the make up editors, and other collaborators should also be mentioned. The work will be printed in 2016. Until then it can be read by accessing the internet sites of the above mentioned cultural institutions.
