Sistemul bancar italian: de la unificare la înfiinţarea Băncii Naţionale Italiene (1861-1893) / The Italian banking system: from Risorgimento to the founding of Banca d'Italia

Subiect: The aim of this article is to present the evolution of the Italian banking system after the Risorgimento. The article is trying to depict the political transformations that influenced the manner in which the Lira, the national currency of the newly-formed Italian state, was exposed to inflation and how the legislation was able or unable to diminish its effects and stabilize the economy of the modern state.
