Succinte consideraţii privind diferenţierea socială în societatea geto-dacică, în perioada Burebista-Decebal

Subiect: Tacitus mentioned about the Germans from the first century A. D. that the band was a social institution, called by historian as comitatus, and its members as comites. Following these considerations, we think that the military band, comitatus, was a social institution in the Dacian society and in that time the documents used the term: cometai. Probably, cometai is a native word who have had the same Indo-European root com-like comitatus, risen from the classical sense of the word comis (come-itis) in which com means "I" and "es" is in connection with comilite-onis, committo, comaor otis etc. remaining the root com, suggesting the conception of association.
