  • Subiect: The "Melic" house, the oldest welling in Bucharest The local memory the "Melic" house fame of being the oldest house still existing in Bucharest. lt belonged to some Armanian families - the Nazaretoglu and Melic - and was built in the Armanian quarters. Some participants in the 1848 Revolution found refuge here. Today, the house shelters the famous art collection of Serafina and Gheorghe Raul.
