Cercetări privind cazurile de durere abdominală recurentă la copil

  • Subiect: The abdominal recurrent pain (RAP) is a syndrome caracterizated by painful paroxistic abdominal episodes, with variable length and intensity, that change the normal activity of child and it is succeeded with a frequency of lest one by month, unfolding on a period of minimum three months. The painful episode has a length of a few minutes till three hours (80%), rarely more. RAP is very rare under the age of three year and increase to 15% to the children in prepuberty. The frequency to child is gave by the digestives and extra digestives causes because to this age the gastro-intestinal tract is the “resonance box of all the body”. In this work we studied the causes of the recurrent abdominal pain to 262 hospitalised children with age between 3 and 18 years in our geographical area hospitalized in Pediatrics Departement no.1 Tg. Mureş.
