Infiltrat Limfocitar Intratumoral (TIL): factor prognostic al Melanomului Malign

  • Subiect: Melanoma has served as the prototype cancer from which immune-based strategies have been evolved to identify tumor antigens. Primary cutaneous melanoma is often infiltrated lymhocytes that provide the opportunity to study what may be local immunologic reaction to the tumor and to correlate the presence of these lymphocytes with overall survival this response is usually measured by the level of intratumoral lymphocytic infiltrate (TIL) present at the base of the vertical growth phase of tumor and is categorized as present or absent. There are presented a number of 24 cases of primary cutaneous melanoma.
