Extraversiunea moderator în relaţia stres şi eficienţă managerială

  • Subiect: This article present extraversion as moderators in the relationship stress - managerial efficiency. The study was made on 130 managers of middle level managers from Azomures SA. The research tools used are: the organizational stress indicator (OSI-90) issued by Cooper, Sloan & Williams, 1996, adapted and translated by Pitariu (1998); the questionnaire 16 personality factors (16PF– the 5th edition) issued by Raymond B. Cattell, Karen S. Cattell, Heather E. P. Cattell and the professional assessment scale with behavioural references (SEAC) scale with behavioral references (SEAC), issued in Azomures S.A. We confirmed the hypotheses, extraversion found as moderator in the relationship stressors (the work/family balance, the managerial role and the personal responsibility) and – managerial efficiency. The conclusions of the research should be taken into consideration especially when selecting medium level managers as successful managerial work even under stress.
