Brâncoveanu was called holy between voivodes and voivode among the saints. In this renewed context, of Romanian byzantinism, of the XVIIth century, we meet Constantin Brâncoveanu I Saint Land owner and Christian Lord - how the popular piety remembered him for the way he lived, for the way he reigned and especially for the way he died.
