  • Subiect: By analyzing the general features of the ecclesiastic organization from the former Land of Tutova and by analyzing the juridical attributions of the clergy of Tutova, we are wishing to present the role of the clergy in the society, in general, and that of the Church especially which cannot be evaluated but only by regarding the organization of the medieval world and the organization of Moldavia between the 171h and 18th century.
