  • Subiect: „Archaeological evidence is seldom straightforward, the way in which it reveals itself depending on a multitude of factors and variables. The age of the agents (creators of cultural material) may well be one of these variables, but in many instances the discourse is solely centred on adults, while children are totally of partially ignored. The concept of archaeology of children reunites various approaches, centred on identifying the traces left by children in archaeological contexts, as well as on understanding the role and impact they had in past communities. Some of these approaches are mentioned here, in an attempt to raise awareness and challenge Romanian researchers to approach more often such issues.”
