  • Subiect: Education of Panciu begins his epic in the nineteenth centwy, opening the primary school boys ''Al.I.Cuza" in 1856, then to primary school for girls in 1865. It is chronologically Cross Upper School in 1882, Cross Lower School in 1891, Dumbrava School in 1915, Middle School boys ''Zăbrăuţi" in 1923, Secondary Schoolfor Girls in 1924, Neicu School in 1929, and the school Satu Nou in 1932. ln the early twentieth century came into being in Panciu two Hebrew religious schools, because Hebrew population represents about 45% of the population. Also, the school for administration was founded in 1908 by scoring the Ministry of Internai Administration and the Vocational School in 1912 with specialty cooperage, much needed in an area of vineyard. After the destruction suffered in World War I - Panciu the front line and occupied by the German army - the schools were hardly recovered through great efforts for almost 20 years. ln November 10, 1940 earthquake destroyed almost all schools Panciu except school Satu Nou, which meant an involution which could hardly be overcome.
