Judeţul Ialomiţa în timpul ocupaţiei străine (decembrie 1916-noiembrie 1918)

Subiect: From the Autumn of 1916 to the winter of 1918, on the Romanian territory, occupied by the Germans, the military administration organized a systematic bleeding the country. The author shows that in the former Ialomiţa county the foreigners confiscated enormous ammounts of all sort of gords most of wich were sent to Germany. Besides this the population was obliged to pay important sums to forced labour etc. This led to sarrvation and pauperization of the people as well as to serious infections diseases.
