Minorităţile naţionale în discursul oficial în perioada 1948-1952

  • Subiect: This approach is dealing with the discourses of those having the power concerning the ''national problem" up to 1952. The introduction presents the characteristics of the political process in Romania at the end of the 50's and first years of the 60's, explaining them as "state", "nation", "people" used in the political discourse in this period, to delimitate the discourse referring to minorities. The study is revealing, then, the impact of the year of 1952 upon the minorities’ problem in the discourses. The concepts, principles, realities and systems the state is related to are to be connected to the fact that, after 1945 (1948) in Romania was established a totalitarian political system, exported to the whole Central and Eastern Europe (known as the "Eastern Block". This system had, as a model, the Soviet one. The Romanian state suffered a lot of changes at the internal level and also external one.
