Analiza schemelor de tratament cu insulină la pacienţii cu DZ tip 1 nou depistat, în judeţul Sălaj

  • Subiect: In the context of a rising interest in practising evidence-based medicine, we considered that it would be interesting to present an analysis of insulin treatment regimes as used by the newly diagnosed type 1 diabetes patients in Salaj County over a period of 5 years, from the moment of their start and through their final development, as reported in the latest medical recommendations issued in 2008. The information used in this article has come from a database dedicated to the treatment of diabetic patients. The results show proof that practical medicine is capable of respect and even promoting types of behaviour desired by the medical guides.
