Consideraţii ecologice asupra unor specii de mamifere (Mammalia) din valea Ierului

Subiect: The 39 mammal species from Ieru Valley belong to 32 genera in 17 families with 6 orders - one of them ( Lagomorpha) being represented here only by one species. Intraspecific and interspecific relations are mainly determined by the availability of food resources. At the same time, vegetal cover as well as the type of soil determine in a lesser degree the density of individuals/ha, for each species. The same conditions are reflected in population structures based on the criteria of sex ratio and age.
