Sub influenţa răscoalei lui Horea. Frământări, mişcări, măsuri, în Maramureş

Subiect: The study, based on the information offered by archival records, presents the echo of Horea's uprising in Maramureş. The general congregation of the Maramureş county and the meetings of the civil military and mining authorities in Sighet, Baia Mare, Baia Sprie a.s.o., had in view the daily events and the development of revolution and evisaged some defence measures against a possible attack on the part of insurgents. The requests for assistance on the part of the authorities were determinated by the agitation of the "imensity of Rornanians" in Mruramureş, their refusal to fulfil their duties, their links with the insurgents and the tension that could anytime lead to an open contest.
