Subiect: The author raises again for discussion the relations between the new prince and boyars both those in the country and the ones who fled to Poland with Aron and demonstrates the attitude and the force proved by Steven the Great for impossing his authority. Trying to stress Steven the Great's magnificient image, the author analyses in every particular the four calls adressed to the fugitive boyar Mihu as well as the Moldo--Palish agreement of 4 April 1459. The fact was proved once more that Steven wasn't convinced by boyars, who would have been stronger than he, to give up but on the contrary, he managed with a diplomatic and political ability people and hostile circumstances, getting maximum of profit for his country.
