  • Subiect: This article is the sequel of the article published in Cibinium 2011 on the traditional means of transportation in Ţara Oltului ethnographic area. In the second half of the 19th century and in the first half of the 20th, the wagon became the most commonly used transportation vehicle. It met the demands of the new village in terms oftransporta/ion: carrying both supplies and people, the orientation towards speed and voyages outside the premises of the village, including using the vehicle in the family related customs of the rural communities. They have spread due to the large number of era.fi workshops emerging in rural areas, compared with the previous period, when the workshops could be found mainly in towns.
