  • Subiect: Dinu Pillat (1921-1975) is part of a three generations family of Romanian writers: Ion Pillat – Maria Pillat Brateş, Dinu Pillat – Cornelia Pillat, Monica Pillat. We focused on Dinu Pillat, who was arrested and imprisoned by the Communist regime in the period 1959 – 1964 for being a descendant of a landowners family with indisputable merits in advancement of Romania, since the second half of the 19th century until the second half of the 20th century, at the same time as the establishment of the Communist regime.
