Influenţa stagiilor de formare asupra climatului comunicaţional şi motivaţional din organizaţie

Subiect: Many companies from Romania put face to face with a series of problems because of the inefficient international flow, absence of communication or barrier of social character, psycho-linguistic and physics, which has appeared in everyday communication between the members of the organization. The ineffective communication, as on horizontal (between the employees) as on vertical (between employees and chief), a weak motivation to work, are in fact specifically conditions to the organizational climate in which had taken place our investigation. But to realize the importance of efficient communication as well as the formative intervention, which led to make better constituent parts of communication to employees, makes us consider that these should become priorities in an organization, as our experiment has demonstrate it.
