  • Subiect: The suggested study is part of a more ample research carried out between 2012- 2014 in order to identify the specific architectural elements that make up the Mehedinţi household specific for the plateau. The study emphasizes an important component of the habitations from the area :field conace (residences),forms of seasonal habitation with an important function in the economy of the area. They unquestionably define the social-economic evolution of the human communities from the northern Mehedinţi tradition area. The research is al! the more important as it can help configure within the ASTRA Museum of the Traditional Folk Civilization the beekeeper's household which is specific to the county of Mehedinţi.
