Managementul strategic în „Proiectul de istorie orală". Consideraţii teoretice şi practice

Subiect: Our country 's historical science has been going through a process of change lately, when it comes to the approaches and the studied sources. Since the things related to everyday life gain more and more interest both within the scientific world as well as among the public, oral history, taken directly from the source, becomes a key element for the scientific intercession. The mast important thing is the fact that youngsters can be involved in the making of the scientific act, due to their ability of using the latest technology, as compared to the traditional researcher. After having been part of such a project for two years, we fee! we can share the experience we have gained in the field, and especially, the Joy that such an intercession cun bring upon the participants, obliged to act and to relax within an environment where techniques, science, professionalism and human sensitivity, meet in a fortunate way on the bourn of knowledge.
